Who are we?
Signature Property Management was founded in 2022 by Nick Stentiford & Sara Watkins-Schdmit to fully manage high end holiday lets in Teignmouth and the surrounding area.
It became very apparent that having reliable, quality cleaners was one of the MOST important aspects of running these holiday lets not just for us but for the guests also.
After a long season in 2023 we decided that we needed to try and get winter work for the fantastic cleaners we had as we didn’t want to try and find new cleaners the following season.
With that in mind Nick was chatting to a friend of his from a large estate agents in Exeter and he mentioned that they were struggling with cleaners………..the rest you could say is history!
We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace and now have a number of agents on board and lots of other sectors we want expand into also.
We are people people and we are here for the long term so lets grow together!
