Signature began in 2022 as Signature Property Management.
After years in hospitality and running businesses where standards mattered, I saw an opportunity to create a fully managed service for holiday let owners who wanted their properties looked after properly — not just handed over to whoever was available.
The focus was simple: accountability, communication and pride in presentation.
In 2023, an estate agent friend asked if we could step in and help with large-scale student HMO summer cleans. What was meant to be a favour quickly became a turning point.
The demand was there — but so was a problem. Inconsistent standards. Poor communication. No real ownership.
We stepped in, built a system around it, and delivered.
By January 2024, Signature Cleans was launched properly — not as a side service, but as a dedicated cleaning company with structure, leadership and clear expectations.
Since then, we've grown steadily, working with offices, managing agents and commercial clients who value consistency over corner-cutting.
Now in 2026, the business is focused on long-term recurring cleaning contracts — particularly in professional office environments — where reliability and clear communication matter just as much as the clean itself.
I've always believed that standards don't slip when leadership is present. That mindset runs through everything we do.
Signature isn't built on big promises. It's built on showing up, doing the job properly, and taking responsibility when others won't.
And we're only just getting started.
